Couples
Therapy
In my work with couples I use Schema Therapy framework to help the couple identify a negative cycle of communication, recognise major triggers leading to arguments/disconnection, and implement effective tools to meet their emotional needs.

Personal
Therapy
Offering support to clients who have experienced childhood trauma, face reoccurring interpersonal challenges and difficulties in regulating emotions in their adult lives is what I am passionate about in my clinical work. Schema Therapy is the main approach that guides my practice. I also specialise in working with clients who experience symptoms of depression and anxiety using evidence-based CBT protocols.

Schema Supervisor
My personal style of therapy and supervision has been shaped and influenced by Wendy Behary, Ida Shaw, Joan Farrell, Anna Lavender, Travis Atkinson and Mandy Walsh. I remain in regular clinical supervision to ensure the quality of support and care I provide to my clients and supervisees.

Enhance Your Schema Therapy through Practice
Course overview
This immersive, skills-focused training course is designed for mental health professionals seeking to deepen their competence in Schema Therapy through the powerful method of deliberate practice. Grounded in the evidence-based framework presented in Deliberate Practice in Schema Therapy by Wendy Behary and Joan Farrell, the course emphasizes hands-on skill development, structured feedback, and progressive challenges to help therapists build confidence, precision, and flexibility in applying schema therapy techniques.
Rather than focusing solely on theory, this course prioritizes experiential learning—bringing the "how" of schema therapy to life. Participants will actively engage in role-plays, targeted exercises, and real-time feedback modeled after the deliberate practice approach, which research shows is the most effective path to clinical excellence.
