This workshop consists of a mixture of didactic (taught) and dyadic (experiential) work.

What will be covered in this 3-day workshop: 

• Brief recap of Module 1
• Schema Therapy: The Mode Approach 
• Methods to manage mode in each mode cluster, including detached protector, angry child, vulnerable child, over-compensatory & critic modes.
• Limited Re-parenting/Rescripting via imagery, and other experiential techniques and via the therapeutic Relationship
• Overview of the Schema Therapy Rating Scale
• Reviewing specific skills and competencies within the scale
